Yaay, ice cream! I was driving through Ashland today and although the scenery looks pretty dismal, it was encouraging to see that Dairy Queen opens for the 2009 season tomorrow.
I know my friend Tom will be very excited, although the Pumkin Blizzards won’t be out until the fall (his obsession) there are plenty of items to keep him, and all of us, occupied until then 🙂
Another sign of Spring!

Just a little bit up the road there is Tasty Treat which is open year round, I think (and isn’t a chain).
