I’ve heard so many good things about Mel’s Commonwealth Cafe in Wayland so one morning we went to check it out.
The service was okay, a little slow and they weren’t that busy.  I got a low-fat yogurt waffle with light whipped cream and strawberries:

Russell’s Garden Center in Wayland is right on Route 20 and I used to think they were overpriced and maybe they are with something but what garden center isn’t?  I like they huge variety of plants and they also have a giant giftie type area that also sells practical /interesting  garden accessories.
